GNAM (Parassita architettonico) is a gigantic “monster” made of yellow rubber placed at the entrance to the Auditorium of Pianello Val Tidone. Made in 2007 and displayed in Parma as part of the exhibition curated by Lóránd Hegyi Foodscapes-Art & Gastronomy in 2007 -2008, it is a reflection on the subconscious, spontaneous, almost bestial element of the act of eating.
In this setting GNAM is a curious creature, a child of the comic strips, whose abnormal red tongue is rolled out like a carpet to usher visitors into the auditorium.
